Once your date is secured with a signed agreement and retainer, the personalized planning process begins — thoughtfully designed to ensure your senior session feels relaxed, intentional, and beautifully you.

Secure Your Date

Your senior session date is officially reserved once your session agreement is signed and your retainer is submitted.

This ensures your date is held exclusively for you and allows us to move forward with planning.

STEP TWO

Submit your retainer

To reserve your session, you may choose to:
• Pay the retainer to hold your date and submit the remaining balance up to 72 hours before your session
• Or submit your session fee in full at the time of booking

The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your session date so that session day feels seamless and focused entirely on the experience.

STEP THREE

COMPLETE AND SIGN YOUR SESSION CONTRACT

Once you choose your date and submit your payment, you can use the button below to complete, sign, and submit your session contract.

Booking, Contracts, Payments, and Policies

Contracts-

A signed contract is required upon booking your session.

Payments-

You have the option of paying your session fee in full at the time of booking or paying a retainer. Either option, along with your contract, reserves your session.

Retainers-

Your session date is reserved specifically for you, which is why retainers are non-refundable once submitted. If choosing the retainer option: You will pay a $150 retainer at booking with the remaining balance due 72 hours before your session.

Balances-

You are allowed to make payments as frequently or infrequently as needed up until 72 hours before your session date if you want. 

Rescheduling and Cancelations -

If you need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work together to find a new date that still allows for the thoughtful experience you deserve.

Canceled sessions will not be eligible for refunds.
